To ensure you enjoy the full experience, we kindly request that you arrive in Phuket on 9th February before 3pm and plan your departure for 11th February after 4pm. (Local time)

For guests based out of Phuket, your event ticket includes the following:

• 2-way transfer from Phuket International / Domestic Airport 
• 2-night accommodation at our designated hotel
• Food and beverages throughout the duration of the summit

In February, Phuket enjoys warm and largely dry weather, with daytime temperatures typically between 23 °C and 33 °C (73 °F – 91 °F). Rainfall is minimal — usually around 30 mm over 2–4 days — and the sea is calm and warm, making it an excellent time for outdoor and networking activities.

Expect comfortable evenings too, though indoor air-conditioning may feel cooler in contrast to the tropical day. Humidity is moderate, and breezes from the Andaman Sea help keep the climate pleasant.

The accommodation will be arranged on our end. To confirm your hotel room, we kindly request the confirmed air ticket and the name of the guest. Please note that all reservations are for single occupancy. Once we receive this information, we will send you the hotel reservation details.
