To ensure you enjoy the full experience, we kindly request that you arrive in Da Nang on 27th Jan, before 3pm and plan your departure for 29th Jan, 4pm. (Local time)

For all guests, your event ticket includes the following:

• 2-way transfer from Da Nang International Airport 
• 2-night accommodation at our designated hotel
• Food and beverages throughout the duration of the summit

In January, Da Nang enjoys cooler and generally pleasant weather, with daytime temperatures typically between 19°C and 25°C (66°F–77°F). While occasional showers can be expected, rainfall is generally lower than in the preceding months, making it a comfortable time for outdoor and networking activities.

Evenings can be cooler, with occasional coastal breezes, so we recommend bringing a light jacket. We are also planning some exciting water-based activities, so please come prepared with suitable clothing and footwear, and be ready to get a little wet!

The accommodation will be arranged on our end. To confirm your hotel room, we kindly request the confirmed air ticket and the name of the guest. Please note that all reservations are for single occupancy. Once we receive this information, we will send you the hotel reservation details.
